IRONKIDS Vietnam, another unique offering from IRONMAN 70.3 Vietnam, will be the biggest race for youths in Vietnam. It is on Saturday, May 6, 2017 with 300 kids.
The race starts at Danang City Pool before finishing at the Tien Son Stadium area. IRONKIDS aims to encourage children to participate in healthy outdoor activities, to feel the sense of accomplishing their goal and to just have fun. It is fitting that both the children of participants and those from the local community have an event of their own and are made to feel a part of the big IRONMAN weekend in Danang City.
IRONKIDS Vietnam has two race categories for 6-14 years old kids which are the aquathlon and run race. The aquathlon includes both swimming and running, while the run race will be over a course of one or two km.
Aquathlon entrants will receive an IRONKIDS swim cap, and all participants will receive a race t-shirt, a goodie bag and an IRONKIDS finisher medal.
