Movie series for significant holidays: Vietnam’s Southern Liberation and National Reunification (30/4), Labor Day (01/5), Dien Bien Phu Victory (07/5), and President Ho Chi Minh’s Birth Anniversary (19/5).

On the occasion of celebrating significant holidays such as the 49^th anniversary of Vietnam’s Southern Liberation and National Reunification (30/4), Labor Day (01/5), Dien Bien Phu Victory (07/5), and the Birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (19/5), the Da Nang Cinema and Culture Center will be hosting a commemorative movie series to promote a deeper understanding of historical traditions. The series will affirm the great position, stature, and historical value of the Ho Chi Minh Campaign and the anti-US resistance war for national salvation in the cause of national independence and reunification.

The commemorative movie series will showcase six films carefully selected to portray the history of revolutionary struggle while praising the nation’s heroes and their heroic fighting efforts. These movies demonstrate the bravery of soldiers who exchanged pain and loss for victory and peace today. The event aims to create a joyous and exciting atmosphere, providing unique and new experiences for people and visitors during the holiday. Additionally, the series will honor the spirit of patriotism, the will for independence, self-reliance, self-determination, and the aspiration for peace in our nation.

The series runs from April 27, 2024, to May 7, 2024
