The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications has issued guidelines for updating or correcting immunisation records online. The announcement has come as many vaccinated people said that their immunisation records are not kept up to date on the app of the Ministry of Health.

The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications has announced a new update to confirm your COVID-19 vaccination that enables you to update or correct your immunisation records online.
Vaccination status can be updated through your smartphones when you visit the website at dichvucong.danang.gov.vn and then select the immunization option to confirm your COVID-19 vaccination. The new update is expected to be put into operation from tomorrow, September 17.
Data published by the municipal Department of Information and Communications show that Da Nang-developed health declaration app has been used by more than 8,000 facilities, locations, and COVID-19 checkpoints across the city since early February 2021.
More than 4.8 million people in Da Nang have till date completed their health declaration form while close to 50 million people nationwide have declared their health status.
As a result, the city’s health declaration system has provided a list of 28,600 people who display symptoms such as a fever and cough or have had close contact with suspected COVID-19 patients, 164,840 people returning from virus- hit areas in order to enable timely and appropriate measures to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus.
