The space is designed to offer residents and visitors of the capital a fresh perspective on exploring Da Nang, while vividly recreating the Tet cultural traditions of the Quang land through a series of immersive experiential activities. These experiences are structured around five key highlights: Touching Heritage – Touching Tranquility – Touching Primal Nature – Touching Memorable Moments – Touching the Flavors

In the Touching Heritage zone, visitors are invited to explore, check in, and learn about traditional handicrafts of Central Vietnam, including incense-making villages, Hoi An lanterns, Thanh Ha pottery, Cui Lu wooden crafts, and more.
The Touching Tranquility space offers a gentle pause with tea-tasting experiences and the enjoyment of simple, rustic Tet delicacies such as grilled sweet potatoes and corn, kumquat preserves, and ginger candy, all shared in the warm, cozy ambiance of a traditional Tet hearth.

Meanwhile, the Touching Primal Nature zone recreates the distinctive spring atmosphere with apricot and peach blossoms, ornamental kumquat trees, and Tet wishes imbued with the cultural identity of Da Nang.
The Touching Memorable Moments area features captivating folk art performances, including traditional music of the Co Tu ethnic community and Bai Choi chanting and singing.
Visitors can also savor and shop for renowned specialties of the Quang region in the Touching the Flavors zone, with products such as tre (fermented pork), seaweed, grilled mung bean cakes, mam nem (anchovy fish sauce), and dried seafood.

As part of the event, the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will host the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Program 2026 at 7:00 PM on February 7, 2026, under the theme “Da Nang – Return to Origin.” The program aims to introduce new tourism products, visitor-stimulus initiatives, and a series of signature events taking place in Da Nang throughout 2026.

Through this program, Da Nang’s tourism sector seeks to spread the message “Return to Origin”—a heartfelt invitation for visitors to come to Da Nang and forge deeper connections with nature, culture, and local communities, while embracing meaningful, emotionally rich travel experiences.

The Happy Tet 2026 Festival will take place from February 6 to February 10, 2026 (from the 19th to the 23rd day of the twelfth lunar month of the Year of the Snake) at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Center. Spanning approximately 7,000 square meters with around 100 booths, the festival is designed as a series of immersive experience zones celebrating traditional Vietnamese Tet and the distinct cultural identities of regions across the country.
