On September 15, 2026, Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company – TTC Land (HOSE: SCR) officially held the inauguration ceremony of TTC Plaza Da Nang and the grand opening of TUI SUNEO Da Nang Hotel, marking a new milestone in the development of the multifunctional complex in the heart of the city and the first presence of the TUI SUNEO hotel brand in Viet Nam.
The event was attended by representatives of Da Nang city authorities, municipal departments and agencies, local authorities, the Consulate General of Japan in Da Nang, leaders of TTC Group, TTC Land, TUI Hotels & Resorts, AEON MALL Vietnam, as well as domestic and international partners.
TTC Plaza Da Nang – From strategic connectivity to a multifunctional complex
Construction of TTC Plaza Da Nang began on January 10, 2024. The project was developed on a site of nearly 15,000 m², with a total floor area of more than 122,000 m², comprising 18 above-ground floors and two basement levels. Located along Dien Bien Phu Street, a major route connecting the northwestern area with central Da Nang, the development also offers convenient access to Da Nang International Airport and established commercial, service and residential areas.
The advantages of TTC Plaza Da Nang extend beyond its location to the way its various functions are integrated within a single development. Retail, accommodation, office and service facilities are arranged cohesively to meet the diverse needs of residents, visitors and the business community.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc – Permanent Vice Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of TTC Group, representing the developer of TTC Plaza Da Nang – emphasized that the value of a project lies not only in its scale or architectural appearance, but more importantly in the value it creates for the locality, residents, visitors and the business community.
“In line with this vision, TTC Plaza Da Nang has been developed with international brands and a comprehensive range of services, including AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe, TUI SUNEO Da Nang Hotel, accommodation apartments, office spaces, and various commercial, service and experiential facilities,” Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc emphasized.
Earlier, on July 3, 2026, AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe officially opened, marking the first presence of the AEON MALL brand in Da Nang. The opening of the shopping mall has introduced a new destination for shopping, dining and entertainment, while further diversifying the range of experiences available at TTC Plaza Da Nang.
Notably, TTC Plaza Da Nang was designed by Kume Design Asia, drawing inspiration from the Marble Mountains – one of Da Nang’s distinctive landmarks. According to Mr. Mori Takero, Consul General of Japan in Da Nang, the project is not only a new development for the city but also reflects the increasingly strong economic, cultural and friendship ties between Viet Nam and Japan.
TUI SUNEO Da Nang – International-standard accommodation in the heart of the city
Alongside the inauguration of TTC Plaza Da Nang, TUI SUNEO Da Nang officially commenced operations, becoming the first TUI SUNEO hotel in Viet Nam and marking the next step in TUI Hotels & Resorts’ expansion across the Asian market.
Located within TTC Plaza Da Nang, TUI SUNEO Da Nang features 148 contemporary-style rooms and suites. The hotel offers an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar, swimming pool, wellness and relaxation facilities, family-friendly amenities, as well as meeting and event spaces. To celebrate its opening, the hotel also introduced Soleya, a culinary concept inspired by the sun, highlighting warmth, hospitality and connection.
