From August 27, 2026, Hoian Memories Land will present a special series of cultural, artistic and experiential activities in celebration of Vietnam’s National Day holiday on September 2.
On the evening of August 27, 2026, the Hoi An Memories Show presented its special “Flag Conical Hat” edition, taking visitors on an evocative artistic journey and opening the “Vibrant National Day” experience series, running at Hoian Memories Land from August 27 through September 2, 2026.

Across a 25,000-square-metre real-scene stage, nearly 500 professional performers, together with an impressive sound, lighting and stage-effects system, recreate milestones from more than 400 years of Faifo trading port history. Images of Vietnam’s red flag with a yellow star and conical hats featuring the yellow star are incorporated into the performance, creating a vibrant and emotional artistic setting. Through the language of performing arts, the story of Hoi An is intertwined with the joy and pride felt across the country during the National Day celebrations.

To invite visitors to join the festive atmosphere, from the evening of August 28 through September 2, Hoian Memories Land will offer handheld national flags to guests attending the show. The small flags in the audience, combined with the “Flag Conical Hat” formations on stage, create a connection between spectators and performers while spreading the spirit of National Day throughout the event space.
The festive atmosphere also extends across streets, neighbourhoods and check-in spots decorated with the colours of the national flag, blending naturally with the cultural ambience of historic Faifo at Hoian Memories Land.

Beyond the Hoi An Memories Show, the journey into historic Faifo continues through a variety of visitor experiences: enjoying local specialties at the Xu Quang Food Court, joining traditional handicraft workshops, strolling through a shopping street inspired by Lam Ap Pho, discovering interactive mini-shows, dressing up in period costumes and becoming part of the heritage story.
To serve visitors throughout the holiday, Hoian Memories Land will remain open continuously, including Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Amid spaces decorated with vibrant red flags and yellow stars, sightseeing, performances, dining and other services will operate according to schedule, ready to offer visitors a memorable National Day holiday experience.
