Interactive Museum Tour “Game Tourane” at DACC 2026

Game Tourane is an experiential educational programme that combines heritage exploration with team-based gameplay, inviting participants to travel back in time and discover Da Nang’s history during the French colonial period through the historical traces that remain in the city centre.

Over the course of one hour, teams explore four heritage sites through interactive challenges involving observation, decoding, and information gathering. Participants then collaborate on a creative task that involves investigating and cross-referencing historical materials. The programme encourages teamwork, curiosity, and an active, interactive approach to discovering cultural heritage.

The journey takes participants through four heritage sites within a radius of approximately 1 km, including:

The oldest street sign in Da Nang.
The Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture and Industry of Annam.
The Special National Relic Site of Dien Hai Citadel.
Da Nang Museum – the former Résident Supérieur’s Office during the French administration, later the City Hall during the Republic of Vietnam period.

Trần Văn Chuẩn

Trần Văn Chuẩn is Head of the Education and External Relations Department at Da Nang Museum. His work focuses on heritage education, museum studies, and public engagement.

Over the years, he has developed educational and experiential programmes that connect audiences with cultural heritage. He has also contributed to exhibition development, collection and acquisition, and public programmes at the museum.
