We are officially expanding from a wholesale-retail chain to a multifunctional supercenter, integrating retail, dining, services, and entertainment. This project also reflects our long-term vision to enhance customer experience, stimulate domestic consumption, and contribute meaningfully to Da Nang’s socio-economic development. We are committed to making MM Supercenter Da Nang a modern, consumer- and environment-friendly destination while creating sustainable economic value for the region.”
Representing the Da Nang City Government, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of the City People’s Committee, stated:“This development is highly significant, not only providing an additional modern retail and service destination for Da Nang residents but also promoting retail trade, improving convenience and quality of life, and meeting the needs of the city’s people. Particularly, it provides new impetus for socio-economic development in Hoa Khanh Ward, an area undergoing rapid transformation with multiple key infrastructure projects.”
Situated at the city’s northwest gateway, MM Supercenter Da Nang is also positioned to serve as MMVN’s key distribution hub in Central Vietnam, helping shorten product supply journeys, optimize logistics costs, and strengthen regional supply chain connectivity.

“Green – Digital – Sustainable” Development Strategy
MM Supercenter Da Nang embodies MM Mega Market’s commitment to green and digital economic development in Vietnam. The project has been designed to meet EDGE Advanced Green Building standards (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), certified by the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. It pioneers energy-saving, emission-reducing, and operationally efficient solutions, including smart lighting, water-saving equipment, advanced insulation materials, and automated energy management systems-significantly reducing electricity and water consumption and carbon emissions.
Simultaneously, MMVN has implemented a comprehensive digital transformation at the center, including cashless payment systems, real-time customer data management, and the MM Click & Get online shopping platform. These innovations enhance operational efficiency, optimize the user experience, and advance MMVN’s vision of a “Greener, Smarter, and More Sustainable” retail ecosystem.
Supporting Vietnamese Products and Local Communities
MM Supercenter Da Nang underscores MMVN’s deep commitment to the local community and sustainable Vietnamese supply chains. Maintaining the principle of “Supporting Vietnamese Products for Sustainable Growth”, over 90% of products in Hypermarket are of Vietnamese origin, contributing to the promotion of local goods and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs.

In particular, the OCOP & Local Specialty Area features over 100 products displayed prominently to attract local and international customers. Prior to the opening, MMVN signed agreements with the People’s Committees of Hoa Khanh and Hai Van Wards to integrate OCOP and local specialty products into modern distribution channels.
Beyond promoting retail and service infrastructure, the project also creates nearly 500 local jobs, providing a new economic boost for Central Vietnam’s retail sector, which is experiencing rapid urbanization and growing consumer demand.
At the Grand Opening event, MMVN, together with TCC/BJC Group subsidiaries in Vietnam and partner contractors, donated VND 425,000,000 to the Da Nang City People’s Committee to support communities affected by natural disasters, demonstrating a spirit of “Joining Hands for the Community” and MMVN’s commitment to both economic development and social welfare initiatives.
