Danang in Top 10 best places to live overseas
The famous Live and Invest Overseas (LIO) site has published their Top 10 best places to live overseas in 2018. Besides the familiar European cities, this year the editing team has added new cities of Vietnam, Italy, Slovenia and Indonesia.
Representing our country in the list is our beautiful city Danang. According to Kathleen Peddicord, the founder of LIO, this third-biggest city in Vietnam is a great combination between the past and the present, the retro life with a touch of a mindset for modernisation.
“The result is an economy on fire, led by forward-thinking executives, many educated overseas, with an entrepreneurial spirit unparalleled in the region”, shared by Peddicord.
2016 is the first time Vietnam welcomed more than 10 million international tourists, a increase of 24% as compared to 2015. Within the economic development and the emphasis on tourism development from the government, it can be easily expected that the city will welcome more international travellers in the future.
