“Return to Origins” – Reconnecting with Authentic, Pure, and Essential Values

In 2026, as the world becomes increasingly saturated with virtual values and replicated experiences, travelers are seeking genuine emotional resonance in their journeys. Da Nang enters the new year with the communication campaign “Return to Origins – Chạm về nguyên bản”, offering a gentle invitation to awaken senses and emotions that may have long been forgotten.

This is not merely a tourism slogan, but a redefinition of Da Nang’s destination narrative—guiding visitors away from surface-level excitement toward a deeper reconnection with nature, culture, and people through real, simple yet profound experiences.

Within this spirit, “Touch” represents the act of removing distance—between visitors and the destination, between travelers and local life. “Return” signifies a journey back to oneself, to the most original emotions of travel. “Origins” affirms the unique, non-replicable beauty of the land and people of the Quang region within Da Nang—quiet yet enduring values that resonate deeply and linger long in memory.

“Return to Origins” therefore goes beyond a short-term stimulus campaign; it is Da Nang’s way of affirming its identity in the pursuit of sustainable tourism development, placing authentic experiences and genuine emotions at the center. From a communication message, the campaign is being translated into strategic orientations for tourism products and experiences, while also opening a new approach for tourism businesses, hotels, and restaurants to tell the destination story through local values and emotional depth.
