On 30/10/2019, Danang Department of Tourism collaborated with Global Daily Company to invite artist Mondo Otani to Danang to creat reality show videos on Youtube Tv Mondo Tv with 14,700 followers (established in September/2019), 83,600 Instagram followers and 211,711 Facebook followers.
Born and raised in Japan, Mondo Otani used to be a Taekwondo contestant of the national Japanese team in many international competition. In 2006 he retired and changed his career path to arts and started living in Taiwan. Very recently, Mondo Otani is 85th in top 100 most famous Japanese in the world and is top 1 Japanese artists working in Taiwan.
At the end of September 2019, Mondo Otani started the project TV Mondo on Youtube to create and share experiences of travelling to different countries. From its launch to 21/10/2019, 5 video clips introducing Okinawa (Japan) were produced and uploaded to TV Mondo and attracted from 51,000 to 200,000 views/clip.
In November 2019, Danang has been chosen to be his latest destination project to promote the image of the local tourism in the most authentic and artistic way thanks to his 13 years working in art.
Coming to Danang this time, Mondo Otani experienced the attractions, local dishes and entertainment in a very special weather of the city: rainy and stormy.
The infinity pool covered in 24k gold, highest and biggest in the world at Danang Golden Bay has been chosen by mondo Otani to experience and share his relaxing moments here.
After his experience in Danang, the artists will probably have a clearer understanding of Danang tourism, even the highlights of Danang in stormy weather and memorable experiences.
