On December 20, Tam Xuan Commune organized the Traditional Food Festival and Local Product Exhibition 2025, attracting enthusiastic participation from members of socio-political organizations and local residents.
At the event, 23 villages set up 23 exhibition booths showcasing handicrafts, traditional agricultural products, and four-star OCOP products such as Tam Tien mackerel fish cake, bottled bird’s nest drinks, dried bird’s nest, freeze-dried yogurt, and sweet potato vegetable chips. Visitors also had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of traditional rural dishes representing different residential communities in the commune.
In addition to exhibition activities, teams from local villages actively took part in traditional folk games including tug-of-war, three-legged walking races, and water-pouring challenges, along with friendly soft volleyball matches, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere throughout the festival.
Featuring a wide range of rustic local dishes and diverse cultural and sports exchange activities, the festival drew strong interest and excitement from both residents and visitors.
The event also served as an opportunity to introduce and promote handicrafts, agricultural products, OCOP items, and distinctive local cuisine of Tam Xuan Commune, contributing to trade promotion and market expansion for local products.
