If you are a seafood devotees sure you will not be missed delicious crab roasted tamarind celebrated. This dish is very suitable for windy afternoon. Color brick red crab catching plus extremely faint scent emanating from the dish that you can not refuse. Tasty roasted tamarind crab depends on processing tamarind sauce.

Use your fingers to remove pieces of crab meat, brushed me gelatinous sauce, sweet and sour, you will be enchanted by the taste of this dish and hard to just stop in to enjoy a child. Crab with tamarind sauce cost about 70,000 dong / child.

Ingredients:

3 big fresh crabs
1 fresh tamarind (100g)
Fish sauce, salt, sugar
Chili powder
Spring onion.

Process:

Step 1: Clean crab carefully, cut in half (do not throw anything from these crabs, especially their eggs). Heat the oil (2 – 3 teaspoons), fry crab with large heat until they turn yellow. Put on plate added paper napkin to absorb wasted oil.

Step 2: Mix tamarind with a little boiled water well. Filter to get its water, throw away seeds.

Step 3: Pour tamarind water in step 2, add more sugar, salt and fish sauce, season until it has a little sweet and sour flavor in this sauce. Cook until this sauce becomes thick; add more chili powder, sliced spring onion. Here is the important step to create one of stunning Vietnamese Food Recipes.

Step 4: Next, add fried crab in step 1 into mixture in step 3, stir well and gently until this sauce sticks around these crabs.

Finally, your dish is ready served. Turn off the heat; add more pepper to increase its flavor. From my experience, I usually eat with bread (Bánh Mì). I suggest you should eat when it is hot to keep the specific flavor from this food.
