On Lunar New Year’s Eve (January 29, 2025), marking the Year of the Snake, Danang will host a massive and awe-inspiring fireworks display at three locations across the city: Hai Chau District, Lien Chieu District, and Hoa Vang District.
The fireworks will light up the sky for 15 minutes, starting at midnight (0:00) on January 29. The designated locations are as follows:
– Location 1: Bach Dang Street (intersection of Bach Dang and Binh Minh 6 Streets).
– Location 2: In front of the Lien Chieu District Administrative Center (eastern side).
– Location 3: Resettlement Area on the Western Ring Road (Duong Lam 1 Village, Hoa Phong Commune, Hoa Vang District).
This year’s displays will feature 1,950 fireworks, including high-altitude and low-altitude effects, along with 90 mortar racks. The performances will be artistic fireworks displays (without accompanying music) using the FireOne firing system and the semi-automatic L100S system.
The event is set to deliver a dazzling spectacle, ushering in the Lunar New Year with brilliance and excitement. We anticipate a large turnout, so be sure to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot.
