From December 14, 2024, to January 2, 2025, Danang will host the Danang Christmas – New Year Festival 2025, will take place at three enchanting locations:
- The northern scenic platform on the eastern side of Dragon Bridge and East Dragon Bridge Park (Tran Hung Dao – Ly Nam De Street area).
- The northern scenic platform on the western side of Dragon Bridge (opposite VTV8).
- The southern scenic platform on the western side of Dragon Bridge (opposite the Museum of Cham Sculpture).
On November 4, the Danang People’s Committee unveiled Plan No. 225/KH-UBND to launch the Danang Christmas – New Year Festival 2025.
This festival is a remarkable cultural and tourism event at the city level. It is brimming with exciting programs and activities to inspire and connect local residents, domestic tourists, and international visitors as they come together to celebrate the dawn of a new year in Danang. – Lighted Christmas Tree Model: Experience the warmth of the holidays at the northern scenic platform on the western side of Dragon Bridge, opposite VTV8.
– Christmas Gift Box and New Year 2025 Model: Capture the spirit of giving at the northern scenic platform on the eastern side of Dragon Bridge.
– “New Year 2025” Sign: Share your hopes and dreams at the southern scenic platform on the western side of Dragon Bridge, opposite the Museum of Cham Sculpture.

On December 20, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, experience the festival’s magic at the northern scenic platform on the western side of Dragon Bridge (opposite VTV8). The event will feature:
– An enchanting Santa Parade with 200 Santa Clauses, Snow Queens, reindeer-drawn carriages, brass bands, and captivating dance and singing performances along Bach Dang Street, from Nguyen Van Troi Bridge to Dragon Bridge, where the Christmas tree shines brightly.
– Exquisite cocktail showcases and the spectacular lighting of the Christmas tree.
– Santa Claus spreads joy by giving gifts to disadvantaged children and sharing presents from tourism businesses with residents and visitors.
– Heartfelt New Year wishes and a vibrant art performance celebrating the spirit of Christmas and New Year.
The Christmas and New Year Market will shine with two main activities:
– Souvenir and Decoration Display:
A vibrant showcase of Christmas and New Year souvenirs, decorations, OCOP, and local specialty products invites everyone to embrace the festive spirit. Open from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM, December 20, 2024 – January 2, 2025, at East Dragon Bridge Park (Tran Hung Dao – Ly Nam De Street area).
– Vietnamese and International Cuisine Space: A culinary journey that celebrates local, regional, and international flavors, featuring Christmas and New Year delicacies like mulled wine, cheese, pizza, steak, sausages, grilled dishes, and pastries. Special zones for beer festivals, BBQ spaces, and live wine-making experiences await you. Open at East Dragon Bridge Park from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM, December 20, 2024 – January 2, 2025.
Join us from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM between December 20, 2024, and January 2, 2025, at the northern scenic platform on the eastern side of Dragon Bridge and East Dragon Bridge Park for an exciting festival featuring a variety of activities:
– Participate in our Christmas Tree Decoration and Santa Costume Competitions.
– Enjoy fun games like the Christmas Candy Cane Relay, Stocking Filling Races, and Christmas Bauble Hunts.
– Take on puzzle challenges and test your skills in beer-drinking and sausage-eating contests, along with themed art painting under the concept “New Year 2025 Wishes.”

Art shows themed around Christmas and New Year will take place from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, December 20, 2024 – January 2, 2025, at the northern scenic platform on the eastern side of Dragon Bridge.
