1. When is the FIRST 18-25 promotion available?
The FIRST 18-25 promotion is valid from 1 September to 31 December 2026 at Sun World Ba Na Hills.
2. Who is eligible for the FIRST 18-25 promotion?
The promotion is available to visitors aged 18 to 25, born between 2001 and 2008.
Eligibility is determined based on the year of birth shown on a valid identification document.
The promotion is available to both Vietnamese and international visitors who meet the age requirement.
3. How much are FIRST 18-25 tickets?
There are three ticket options:
- Cable car ticket: VND 500,000, reduced from VND 1,000,000.
- Cable car ticket + dining voucher combo: VND 750,000, reduced from VND 1,250,000.
- Cable car ticket + lunch buffet combo: VND 800,000, reduced from VND 1,300,000.
Depending on the ticket option, visitors can enjoy discounts of up to 50% off the regular price.
4. What is included in the VND 500,000 cable car ticket?
The ticket includes admission through the entrance gate, cable car access, and other complimentary attractions and services in accordance with Sun World Ba Na Hills’ regulations.
5. What identification is required to use the promotion?
Visitors must present a valid original photo ID to verify their age.
Accepted documents include:
- Citizen ID card or passport;
- Level 2 VNeID;
- Driving licence or another photo identification document issued by a government authority.
Visitors are advised to prepare the required identification before arriving at the ticket checkpoint.
6. Is the FIRST 18-25 promotion available to international visitors?
Yes. The promotion is available to both Vietnamese and international visitors aged 18 to 25 who meet the identification requirements.
7. Does the promotion apply to Ba Na by Night tickets?
No. The FIRST 18-25 promotion does not apply to Ba Na by Night tickets.
The promotion also does not apply to children or visitors outside the 18–25 age group.
8. Can a FIRST 18-25 ticket be upgraded to a three-day ticket?
Yes. Visitors can upgrade to a three-day ticket at the individual ticket counter.
The validity of the upgraded ticket must not extend beyond 31 December 2026.
9. Can FIRST 18-25 tickets be refunded, cancelled or changed?
Requests for refunds, cancellations or ticket changes are subject to Sun World Ba Na Hills’ current policies and may incur additional fees.
10. Are there any dining benefits included with the ticket?
Depending on the ticket type, visitors may access dining benefits through a QR code integrated into the ticket, subject to the terms and conditions of the programme.

11. Is there a free bus from central Da Nang to Sun World Ba Na Hills?
Sun World Ba Na Hills offers a free Wow Bus service connecting central Da Nang with the attraction.
Visitors need to register for the service in accordance with the programme’s instructions.
