From August 8, 2026, visitors to Sun World Ba Na Hills can enjoy a completely free shuttle bus service from central Da Nang directly to the attraction. At the same time, all benefits included with Ba Na Hills tickets are now integrated into a single QR code, unlocking a smarter, more convenient and more modern travel experience than ever before.
Free shuttle buses take visitors from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills
To make the journey to Ba Na Hills more convenient for visitors, Sun World Ba Na Hills will officially launch a trial phase of its free shuttle bus service from August 8 through December 31, 2026, transporting guests directly from central Da Nang to the attraction.
The buses depart from Novotel Danang Hotel, stopping at East Sea Park, the bus stop opposite My Khe Beach next to DLG Hotel, the bus stop opposite Vegas Club, and the guest pick-up lobby at Premier Village Danang Resort before arriving at Sun World Ba Na Hills. The estimated travel time is approximately 75–80 minutes each way.

The free shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills offers two departures every morning.
For the outbound journey, two buses depart at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. For the return journey, two buses depart from Sun World Ba Na Hills at 3:00 PM. In particular, visitors do not need to make a reservation in advance. Simply arrive at one of the designated pick-up points before departure time and board the bus completely free of charge.

Visitors can enjoy complimentary shuttle bus transportation.
With the new shuttle bus service, travelling from the heart of the coastal city to the misty mountaintop is no longer a concern, especially for independent travellers, families and groups of young visitors without their own means of transportation.
One QR code – unlocking an entire journey of privileges
Also from August 1, 2026, Sun World Ba Na Hills officially integrates all ticket benefits directly into the QR code on each ticket, completely replacing the paper coupons previously distributed at the City Gate. This marks an important step in the attraction’s digital transformation, helping simplify operations while elevating the visitor experience.

Eric Kayser bakery at Ba Na Hills
With just one QR code on a cable car ticket or e-ticket, visitors can unlock a wide range of privileges throughout their journey: scan the code at the entrance to board the cable car and conquer the clouds; scan it to enter Taiga or Four Seasons buffet restaurants directly for applicable combo tickets; or scan it to choose one of three food and beverage experiences already included in the ticket price: two refreshing 250ml glasses of Sun KraftBeer or one serving of crispy French fries at Ba Na Brew House; or one of three handcrafted French pastries at Eric Kayser bakery – Croissant, Pain au Chocolat or Raisins Danish.
From cable car rides and buffet meals to attractive complimentary treats, everything is now conveniently bundled into a single QR code, eliminating the need for visitors to carry multiple paper coupons that can easily be misplaced.
A fully digital experience with Sun Paradise Land
Beyond digitising ticket benefits, Sun World Ba Na Hills is also introducing a range of smart features on the Sun Paradise Land application, moving towards the development of a more modern and visitor-friendly destination.
One of the most impressive features is eMap on the Sun Paradise Land app, which has become a useful travel companion, allowing visitors to access a digital map, navigate around the attraction and quickly locate entertainment areas, restaurants and services throughout the expansive complex. Visitors are encouraged to download the app before their trip or during their visit so they can proactively plan their journey.

Visitors aged 25 and under can enjoy discounts of up to 50% on cable car tickets, cable car and buffet combos, or cable car and dining set combos.
From September 1, 2026, the WOWPAY feature is expected to be officially introduced, allowing visitors to deposit cash at kiosks throughout the attraction and receive a QR code for payments. The code can then be used at service points across the complex, reducing the need to carry large amounts of cash while making payments faster and spending easier to manage.
Alongside these operational improvements, Sun World Ba Na Hills is also offering a special summer promotion for young visitors. From now until August 15, 2026, visitors born in 2001 or later can enjoy attractive preferential rates: cable car tickets from only VND 500,000; cable car + lunch buffet combo at VND 800,000; and cable car + dining voucher combo at VND 750,000.

Golden Bridge
To enjoy the promotion, visitors are required to present a Citizen ID card, ID card, passport, Level-2 verified VNeID account, or another valid original photo ID to verify their year of birth at the ticket checkpoint. Children under 1 metre in height continue to receive free admission in accordance with the general policy.
With these special rates, young visitors can easily discover iconic architectural landmarks such as the Golden Bridge, French Village, Moon Castle and Eclipse Square, while enjoying a wide range of entertainment experiences at Fantasy Park and international art performances offered free of charge throughout their journey.
From the free shuttle bus service that makes transportation easier, to tickets that integrate all benefits into a single QR code, together with a comprehensive digital ecosystem featuring WOWPAY and eMap, Sun World Ba Na Hills is steadily reinforcing its position as one of the region’s most modern and visitor-friendly tourism destinations.
