Embark on a gastronomic journey once again at The Veranda Grill, with a delicious 6-course set menu, perfectly paired with premium wines from France – classified as the “Gout de France”.
Menu includes:
- Welcoming: Frog meat cake with wasabi sauce.
- Starter: Pan seared Foie Gras, Camembert toast, raspberry chutney, fig comfit and grape caramel sauce.
- In between: East Sea carb ravioli, sea food consommé, black lumpfish roe.
- From the ocean: Grill rock fish fillet, crispy sweet potato, cauliflower purée, truffle saffron sauce.
- From the land: Pistachio crusted lamb rack, creamy potato, asparagus comfit, blue cheese sauce
- Sweetly ending: Milk Chocolate Marquises.
