The culinary journey begins with an exciting selection of mixed seafood on ice, sushi and sashimi assortment, and a vibrant salad bar. The highlight of the feast is the live carving station featuring premium roasts such as slow-roasted leg of lamb and prime beef ribs with horseradish cream, served freshly carved to order. Guests can also enjoy signature mains including seafood paella and beef short ribs with red wine reduction, before ending the experience on a sweet note at the dessert corner with pastries, cakes, and the festive chocolate Easter egg display.

Beyond the culinary delights, the celebration promises a lively festive atmosphere for guests of all ages. Throughout the brunch, guests can enjoy relaxing acoustic music and captivating magic performances that add an extra touch of excitement to the celebration. Younger guests will be delighted with a colorful world of activities, including an Easter egg hunt, easter mask decoration, and a variety of creative games designed to create unforgettable family memories.

The brunch will take place from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM on April 5, 2026 at La Plage Restaurant, with prices starting from VND 1,288,000++ per guest. Children under six dine free of charge, while children aged six to eleven enjoy a 50% discount. Guests who book before March 22, 2026 will receive an exclusive 15% early-bird discount.
