During the visit, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Anh Thi acknowledged the strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and thorough preparations made by Team Da Nang – Vietnam and Team China (Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display Co., Ltd) for the opening performance night. She also expressed confidence that both teams would deliver impressive fireworks displays, contributing to memorable highlights for this year’s DIFF season.
The Vice Chairwoman emphasized that the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2026 is a large-scale cultural and tourism event with significant importance in promoting the image of Da Nang as a dynamic, friendly, and internationally integrated city. Therefore, the organization of the competition nights must be carried out professionally, on schedule, and with absolute safety, while creating exciting experiences for residents and visitors.

The opening night of DIFF 2026 will take place on the evening of May 30, featuring a competition between the host team Da Nang – Vietnam and the reigning DIFF 2025 champion from China, Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display Co., Ltd, under the theme “Nature”.
In particular, the opening night of DIFF 2026 promises to be a spectacular artistic celebration and a true concert experience, featuring the participation of renowned and beloved Vietnamese artists, including Ho Ngoc Ha, Hoang Hai, Ha Nhi, and Nguyen Tran Trung Quan.
Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Anh Thi expressed confidence that both teams would deliver remarkable performances, helping create a memorable mark for this year’s DIFF season.
The lineup of artistic performances for the opening night will be diverse and vibrant, celebrating Vietnamese pride while also reflecting the image of a renewed and rapidly developing Da Nang in its new era of growth.
In addition to famous singers, the opening night will also feature nearly 70 Vietnamese dancers and more than 30 international artists from Sun World Ba Na Hills, promising an explosive and visually impressive stage performance.
