July 22: Begin Your Journey to Enjoy Da Nang
The festival’s opening day introduces a series of ongoing activities taking place across the city, from vibrant beachfront spaces to a variety of urban attractions.
From 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM, the Countryside Market Food Space at East Sea Park brings a welcoming corner of Quang culture to life through bamboo stalls, local ingredients and familiar flavours. More than a place to enjoy delicious food, it offers a nostalgic connection to traditional village markets, home-cooked meals and the rustic charm of local culinary culture.
At the same time, the Digital Journey to Explore Da Nang officially begins across the city. Smart digital maps, personalised itinerary suggestions and recommendations for signature attractions allow every visitor to design a journey suited to their own interests. Through this inspiring interactive experience, Da Nang appears both familiar and refreshingly new.
The summer atmosphere continues to build at Man Thai Beach with the Beach Football Tournament, while the Beach EDM Entertainment Space at My Khe Beach energises every evening from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. On one side is the excitement of sport on the sand; on the other, contemporary music carried by the sea breeze. Two different rhythms come together to express the youthful spirit of summer in Da Nang.
July 23: Feel the Rhythm of Coastal Life and Celebrate Summer
July 23 begins early at Man Thai Beach.
From 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM, the Wake Up to the Rhythm of the Dawn Fish Market experience brings visitors closer to the daily life of the fishing community. As the city begins to stir, fishing boats return to shore, calls echo across the beach, and the salty sea breeze mingles with the first sunlight of the day. Together, they reveal a very different side of Da Nang—authentic, welcoming and full of life.
In the afternoon, the beach area north of East Sea Park becomes a continuous experiential space. From 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM, artistic kites fill the coastal sky during the Artistic Kite Display and Illuminated Kite Night. As the sun gradually sets, glowing kite installations create a dazzling world above the beach.
From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Da Nang Beach Enjoyment Route invites visitors on an atmospheric seaside stroll. Decorative lighting, ocean-inspired installations, check-in spaces and lively activities along the sand transform every step into part of the festival experience.
The highlight of the day is the Opening Ceremony of Enjoy Danang Festival 2026, taking place at 7:30 PM at East Sea Park. Music, lighting, performance art and signature images of the city come together to officially open a series of vibrant summer days along the Da Nang coastline.
July 24: When the Beach Lights Up at Night
The Dawn Fish Market experience continues to welcome visitors on the morning of July 24, before the city gradually shifts into a festive atmosphere in the afternoon and evening.
From 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the beach north of East Sea Park becomes the setting for the Night Beach Light Party. Hundreds of lights, relaxing seating areas on the sand and a beachfront culinary space create a summer evening that feels both romantic and youthful.
Visitors can choose a quiet corner beneath the lights, enjoy delicious food, chat with friends or simply sit and listen to the waves. Even amid a dazzling festival, happiness can sometimes be found in the simplest moments.
At East Sea Park, nightly art programmes take place from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, featuring a diverse line-up of music and performances. Together with the Beach EDM Entertainment Space, Illuminated Kite Night, Da Nang Beach Enjoyment Route and Countryside Market Food Space, Da Nang after dark becomes a journey in constant motion.
July 25: From Sporting Energy to Peaceful Stillness
July 25 once again begins with the authentic rhythm of life at the Man Thai Fish Market. The Son Tra SUP Race also gets underway in the area, bringing an energetic sporting experience to the sea.
Standing on a paddleboard, maintaining balance on clear waters and looking towards the Son Tra Peninsula offer a distinctive way to experience the beauty of Da Nang’s coastline. Nature is no longer simply something to admire; it becomes a space where participants can move, explore and fully immerse themselves in the landscape.
At 7:00 PM, the journey shifts to an entirely different rhythm with the Meditation: A Touch of Stillness programme at Linh Ung Pagoda. Amid the peaceful surroundings of the Son Tra Peninsula, participants can slow down, focus on their breathing and rediscover balance after days filled with exciting experiences.
From music on the beach to stillness beneath the pagoda roof, July 25 captures the spirit of the festival: enjoyment is not only about celebrating to the fullest, but also about knowing when to pause and experience each moment more deeply.
July 26: Feel the Energy of the Sea, Nature and Da Nang Memories
The final day of the festival begins before sunrise.
From 5:00 AM to 6:30 AM, the Sunrise Welcome – Feel the Energy of the Sea programme at East Sea Park offers physical activities and wellness experiences in the first light of day. Taking a deep breath, moving with the rhythm of the sea and welcoming the first rays of sunshine provide an uplifting start to the morning.
During the same morning period, the Barefoot Beach Run takes place from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the beach in front of the Ariyana Convention Centre. With no running shoes and no pressure to compete, every step on the sand becomes a direct encounter with the sea, the wind and the body’s natural rhythm.
At Man Thai Beach, the Son Tra SUP Race continues with its second day of competition. Further along the peninsula, the Explore Son Tra – Connect with Nature activity takes visitors deeper into the area’s green ecosystem, offering opportunities to observe the landscape and experience the authentic natural beauty of Son Tra in the heart of the city.
Also on July 26, the Revisit Da Nang Moments programme at East Sea Park provides an opportunity to look back on the journey: sunrise by the sea, Dragon Bridge, illuminated kite nights, the rhythm of the fish market, the city after dark, Linh Ung Pagoda and the natural landscapes of Son Tra. Each captured image becomes more than a travel photograph—it becomes a personal imprint on one’s memories.
In the evening, the festival continues with the Countryside Market Food Space, Beach EDM Entertainment Space, Da Nang Beach Enjoyment Route, Illuminated Kite Night and Night Beach Light Party. These final experiences bring five days of celebration to a close amid glowing lights, music and the rhythm of the waves.
