The event is organized by the Da Nang Cultural and Cinema Center as part of the 2026 cultural and festival activities along both banks of the Han River, celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang (March 29, 1975 – March 29, 2026).
Amid the historical spirit of March in the city, the concert is not only an artistic performance but also an opportunity to tell the story of Da Nang’s journey over more than half a century of development. Through music, the image of a young, dynamic city rich in cultural identity is vividly portrayed—where tradition and modernity intersect, and where art becomes a language connecting people with the land.
The program will last approximately 90–100 minutes, featuring 36 professional musicians along with artists from across Vietnam, divided into three chapters, each presenting a distinct emotional atmosphere and guiding audiences and visitors through different layers of a musical journey.
The opening chapter, “Morning Resonance,” portrays the moment Da Nang awakens—vibrant and full of energy. Artists from the Hue Academy of Music together with a band from Ho Chi Minh City will present expressive musical arrangements that blend Central Vietnamese cultural elements with contemporary sounds. In this atmosphere, visitors can feel the city beginning a new day with youthful energy and an open spirit—like a warm welcome to new journeys of discovery.
The second chapter, “Music in Radiance,” transforms the Han River stage into a vibrant canvas of artistic expression. Carefully arranged symphonic, choral, and contemporary performances—featuring artists from the Hue Academy of Music and internationally recognized young pianist Dang Hoang Khanh—bring moments of artistic brilliance. In this section, music becomes a radiant light connecting artists with the audience and presenting Da Nang as a modern, creative city open to the world.
The concert concludes with the third chapter, “Sailing Forward,” where powerful and uplifting melodies echo like waves reaching out toward the vast ocean. With performances by artists from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, this section conveys the city’s aspiration for growth and global integration. In the expansive musical atmosphere along the Han River, the final notes of the evening not only close the concert but also symbolize a new journey—one of creativity, connection, and sustainable development for the “most livable city.”
