Danang, August 5th, 2024 – Danang Marriott Resort & Spa is proud to introduce our brand new greenery called Evergreen garden and the signature cooking class presents the exciting journey and activities.
On April 5th, 2024, was a good day to begin construction of Evergreen. Prepared by our well-experienced and dynamic gardeners, it takes 12 days to finish the ecosystem, with 520 square meters of the total acreage covering over 50 organic plants and tropical greens such as calabash bottle, wax gourd, basil, etc. Surrounding a beautiful bamboo fence with flowering vines, guests seem to be lost in the nature’s bounty flourishes in vibrant splendor with 5 individual areas: herb and vegetable area, fruit trees area, tropical floral area, farming class area where experiencing how to sow seeds and grow plants, and cooking class to make Vietnamese delicious dishes by your own ingredients picked. Focus on the reduction of environmental pollution, we make an effort to work for our sustainability and ensure to not use chemical fertilizers and pesticides or avoid anything impacting to soil health, water quality, and nature.

Only at VND1,188,000++ per person applied for group from 4 people and more, guests can experience to harvest fresh ingredients and make exquisite traditional Vietnamese delicacies within 2 hours: Bánh Xèo – Crispy Vietnamese Pancake, Gỏi Cuốn – Fresh Spring Roll with Prawn, and Bánh Mỳ – Vietnamese Baguette, operated within 2 hours. Besides, we provide the enchanted tea-break with fresh coconut juice and delicate pastries for every guest joining the cooking class.
