CHO XUA (Vietnamese old market) – where the best of Viet cuisine gather in a 1900s atmosphere
CHO XUA is the harmony of the old atmosphere with the humble, traditional dishes from different parts of the country, with some touch of modern life, creating an interesting setting.
Many old artifacts are arranged subtly to remind visitors of the old Viet life, from the typical earthernware pots, to dishes presented on banana leaves… All of these create a traditional Viet market but still in great style.
The restaurant has arranged traditional band right at the entrance.
Buffet table right at the center of the restaurant, with salads, spring rolls, grilled dishes or soups . There are also 10 other areas with many different dishes such as pho, banh xeo, banh mi or bun.
