The Da Nang government has asked for support from other Vietnamese localities to facilitate people in the city who do not stay in red zones to arrive in or return home in their locales.
Currently, many people in Da Nang who wish leave for other Vietnamese localities for reasonable excuses, including medical and other care and caregiving, attending a funeral or memorial service, essential travel for business or official work.
The Da Nang government is asking for permit from authorities in other Vietnamese localities to give these people the support when they arrive in their locales.
Organizations and individuals who wish to leave Da Nang are asked to make a commitment to strictly follow the recommended health and safety measures to protect themselves and others from COVID-19, as well as have a proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test results no later than 72 hours prior to departure.
Besides, they must not stop or park their vehicles in COVID-19 affected areas during their journey to their destinations.
