Following recent approval by the Da Nang People’s Committee, over 8.5 billion VND, which will come from local and central budgets, will be spent on upgrading the city’s Le Do Cinema at 46 Tran Phu Street.
The upgrade will focus on rebuilding sound-proofed walls, improving the interior decorations and existing seating, installing new air conditioning and fire alarm systems, and adding new HD projectors and modern sound systems for the cinema’s 2 movie rooms.
Invested by the municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the project will be implemented from now until 2016.
