This April, Beach House Restaurant unveils a new menu that captures the essence of nature right from Non Nuoc Beach and the M Green Oasis Garden, delivering an ocean-inspired culinary experience to all gourmets.

Lying on one of the top 6 beautiful beaches on the planet, voted by the Fobes, Beach House captivates with its poetic oceanfront view of Non Nuoc Beach and the hidden Cham Island, offering a panoramic vista that impresses guests from the moment they arrive. If the culinary journey at Beach House were described as a song, the chef would love to guide foodies through different chapters to maximize their senses.

CHAPTER 1 – “FROM THE NATURE”

Kick off with a fresh taste of oysters. Diners can choose from fresh, Rockefeller, Florentine, to char-grilled, making the most of what nature offers. Indulge in the flavors inspired by the gentle breeze of Non Nuoc Beach with our Non Nuoc Salad. This refreshing starter features a vibrant mix of local assorted greens and juicy tomatoes, complemented by beetroot and turnip capellini for an earthy foundation. The tangy garlic yuzu dressing elevates the taste, while the creamy richness of fresh avocado adds a delightful balance. To top it off, the nutty crunch of caramelized cashews brings a hint of the land, making each bite an exquisite experience that lingers longer than you can imagine.

CHAPTER 2 – “FROM THE SEA”

Resembles a harmony of seafood bursts ranging from prawns, mussels, crab, to lobster. Our chefs transform the Vietnamese soul with Western techniques to deliver exquisite culinary creations like never before. Savor the Soft Shell Crab summer rolls crafted uniquely at Beach House. Retaining the fresh flavor of micro herbs, it’s well complemented with soft shell crabs. The richness and sweet meat of crab, along with lettuce and sprouts dipped in sweet and sour fish sauce, makes it a familiar local dish yet remarkably different for you to enjoy. Or soak in the finest flavors of the Beach House platter, from chilled Sea Treasure to Grand Grilled, accompanied by a selection of wine to savor to the fullest.

Try King Prawn – a new rising star at the beachfront restaurant. The succulent, ocean-fresh king prawn sizzles on the grill, releasing an irresistible smoky aroma that awakens the senses. As the turmeric sauce infuses the dish with a warm, earthy depth, the honey soy sauce adds a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Every day, we proudly present our daily seafood specials. Red snapper, seabass, and butterfish can be cooked to your liking, whether crispy fried, glossy wok, or char-grilled – we’ve got you covered.

CHAPTER 3 – “THE KING OF STEAKS”

Highlight of the night definitely gives spot light to Tomahawk – king of steaks. The Tomahawk wins all gourmet lovers by its rich and juicy tenderness. Perfectly grilled, the Tomahawk’s robust flavor melds perfectly with the smoky aroma, creating an unforgettable culinary experience. Picture yourself savoring this masterpiece by the stunning beachfront view of Beach House, each bite is a journey to the art of grilling. Paired with a glass of classic wine, the experience promises a dining adventure that will linger in your memory.

CHAPTER 4 – “TASTE OF THE TROPICS”

To end the sweet note, chef invites you to experience the last chapter – “Taste of the Tropics”. Beach House restaurant also celebrates the presence of 100 mango trees at the Danang Marriott Non Nuoc Beach Villas with a tropical twist on a classic dessert – Mango Creme Brulee. The meal ends on a sweet note with classic creme brulee well-kissed with mango, creating a perfect balance of sour and sweet. Crack the top caramelized sugar crust and step into the paradise of fresh mango, what more you can dream of?
