Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange festival-4th

Following the success of the former festivals, Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange festival-4^th occasion with theme “Vietnam-Japan: a blooming relationship” will be held at Han river Port from July 28^th to July 30^th 2017.

This is one of many activities commemorating the municipality inauguration day 20 years past, when Danang became one of the five centrally-controlled cities in the country.

More importantly, the Festival marks itself as a key happening regarding foreign affairs and cultures. The Festival acts not only as the meeting and exchange of two distinctive cultures; a bridge connecting Da Nang – Japan in particular; but also an opportunity to extend the diplomatic relationship, reinforcing the strategic collaboration between the two countries as a whole.

This year Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange festival-4th promises to be a fabulous attraction including 150 stalls intricately designed, showing the originality and richness in Vietnamese and Japanese traditional festivals.

Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange festival-4th stands are not only for the purpose of product launch and marketing (electronic goods, electricals, home appliances, clothes, arts and crafts, cosmetic and beauty products and other trading goods… in great variety and high-quality standard), but also the place for exchange and presenting of different cultural & culinary activities, travel information and higher education opportunities.

Moreover, the Festival will see the gathering of many traditional and contemporary performing art crews from Vietnam and Japan. Spectators might not be able to take their eyes off the “Street performances” joined by over 100 artists from Vietnam and Japan team, taking place along Bach Dang St. on July 28^th 2017.

It is expected that the combined group of Japan performing crews together with singers and bands from Vietnam will bring spectators a feast of both traditional and contemporary music from two nations. Three music night shows: “Vietnam – Japan: A solemn spirit”; “A journey of culture”; “Vibrant dances” will take place at 8pm every night, hoping to evoke different feelings and emotions, of nostalgia and pride in being “Children of Dragon, Grandchildren of Gods”; and of liveliness and excitement.
