Sun World Ba Na Hills officially launches Sun Fest 2026 – a grand celebration of art, cuisine, and craft beer that unfolds throughout the summer atop Nui Chua, Da Nang. More than just a festival, it is an immersive journey into the rhythm of summer—where light, music, and emotions never fade.

Shaping a multi-experiential summer festival atmosphere

The launch of Sun Fest also marks a significant shift in Ba Na Hills’ festival concept. While previous summer activities revolved around beer-centric formats—from Oktoberfest-inspired events to the SunKraft Beer Festival—Ba Na now embraces a more distinctive direction: moving beyond a “beer and culinary-focused experience” to create a vibrant, multi-layered summer festival atmosphere within the Sun Kingdom. Beer and cuisine become the creative inspiration that weaves through every touchpoint—from performances and games to shopping and interactive experiences—forming a festival ecosystem with a unique identity.

The festival space comes alive with vivid colors and lively dances across the Sun Kingdom

No longer just simple food stalls, cuisine at Sun Fest is elevated into “multi-sensory performances.” Visitors can follow each stage of the cooking process right before their eyes—hearing the cheerful sizzle, breathing in the irresistible aroma of grilling, watching the chefs’ skillful techniques—before finally savoring the flavors. From fragrant kebab stations and lively hotdog counters to youthful bakeries and Ba Na’s signature grilled sausage grills, everything comes together to create a captivating European-style street food scene. The festival atmosphere thus becomes warm and inclusive, where every visitor can immerse themselves, connect, and share in a sense of endless joy.

Visitors can also lose themselves in a captivating lineup of skill performances, artistic shows, and interactive activities taking place at various moments throughout the day.

The chefs’ skillful pizza dough tossing performance at Brasserie Restaurant.

Perhaps most striking is the debut of a unique skill-based performance, offering fresh and emotionally engaging experiences. At the Church and Octagonal Pavilion, the “Happy Cleaners Performance” surprises audiences by bringing the “silent artists”—the sanitation staff—onto the stage. Using familiar tools such as brooms and cloths, they transform everyday tasks into lively choreography, spreading laughter and positive energy among visitors.

Meanwhile, “Pizza Time” presents a new perspective on culinary experiences, where the kitchen becomes a stage. At Brasserie Restaurant, visitors can witness skillful pizza dough tossing, as chefs turn each step of the cooking process into a distinctive performance.

The “After Glow” show, performed three times a day, is also a must-not-miss experience at Ba Na Hills.

Complementing these are Ba Na Hills’ signature performances that have become part of its identity—mini shows like Love in the Sky, Malambo, and Cancan that energize the atmosphere, alongside diverse international music acts and the cabaret-style “After Glow.” Together, they create a vibrant and colorful artistic tapestry for Ba Na Hills throughout the festival season.

A diverse range of must-try experiences

Amid the rich flavors of premium craft beer and Ba Na’s signature grilled sausages, visitors can immerse themselves in a lively atmosphere with a series of thrilling minigames held daily. Among the highlights are the high-speed challenge “King of Beer Hunt” and the endurance test “Keg Holding,” where participants lift 20kg beer kegs under the energetic cheer of the Beer King mascot.

Visitors take part in thrilling challenges and receive rewards from the Beer King mascot.

This is also the moment when Ba Na Hills reveals the most radiant beauty of its flower carpets. Within its signature “four seasons in a single day” climate, visitors can take a leisurely stroll through Rosa Garden, where thousands of roses bloom in full splendor, or admire the soft, billowing hydrangeas lining the pathways at Le Jardin D’Amour.

The Sun Fest journey becomes even more memorable with iconic landmarks: from the Golden Bridge appearing like a silk ribbon through the clouds, to the Sun God Waterfall featuring 43 magnificent bronze statues, and the timeless charm of the French Village—evoking a poetic “little Paris.”

Notably, Sun Fest 2026 also marks the beginning of Ba Na Hills’ strategy to introduce four distinct realms, each representing a unique world and symbolic character. Visitors can immerse themselves in the romantic, pristine beauty of the Enchanted Land ruled by Vanna; revel in the vibrant Sun Kingdom with the grand feast of the Sun King; embrace a poetic sunset in the Moon Kingdom alongside the Moon Queen; and conclude their journey in serene stillness at the Origin Land, guided by the sacred crane.

This upcoming Reunification Day holiday (April 30 – May 1), Sun Fest stands as a must-visit highlight in Da Nang—where every step leads into a new emotional landscape, and every moment is worth remembering.
