The Enjoy Danang 2024 Festival officially opened at Bien Dong Park on July 17, 2024. This highly anticipated summer festival promises a wide range of vibrant activities and experiences for residents and visitors in the friendly and hospitable city of Da Nang.
The festival began with the Enjoy Danang 2024 Grand Concert at 19:30 on July 17 at East Sea Park, Da Nang. It was live-streamed on the Danang FantastiCity fan page. The concert featured popular singers and artists in Vietnamese showbiz, including My Tam, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Phuong Ly, Pham Dinh Thai Ngan, DJ Mie, and more. The Enjoy Danang 2024 Grand Concert offered residents, visitors, and audiences a night of colorful and emotional artistry through energetic performances and popular hits combined with music, lighting, and top-notch effects.
Throughout the festival from July 17 to July 21, a series of exciting entertainment, sports, cultural, and tourism activities took place at Da Nang’s beaches and along the Han River:
– Nightly Musical Performances: Held at 07.30pm from July 18 to July 21 on the main stage in Bien Dong Park, these performances with captivating themes immersed audiences in a space of music and art. The shows featured modern, trendy performances and unique and charming traditional Vietnamese art.
– “Rhythm of the Waves” Musical show – July 18 at 07.30pm: This grand musical extravaganza will feature a fusion of Vietnamese and international music with tropical vibes, perfectly capturing the celebratory atmosphere, love, and the essence of the sea.
– Children’s Musical Show – “The Flow of Time”, on July 19 at 07.30pm: This spectacular showcase will encompass musical, artistic, and fashion performances by children, promising an extraordinary and impressive artistic experience tailored for young audiences.
Larue Loves Da Nang Festival – on July 20 at 05.30pm: residents and visitors are in for an unforgettable night at the “super cool” Larue Loves Da Nang Festival. The lineup includes renowned guest artists such as Isaac, Lou Hoang, and Quang Hung MasterD, along with rappers Phao and Negav and DJ Shenlongz. Notably, the show will showcase Da Nang’s first-ever Drone Show, promising an enchanting fusion of music and lights.
– Traditional Art music program “Vietnamese Colors”, on July 21 at 07.30pm, at East Sea Park: the “Vietnamese Colors” program is set to create a mesmerizing portrayal of Vietnamese traditional music and art. Featuring captivating performances such as “Sắc Hoa” (The colors of flowers) dance, Hát Bả Trạo, “Thương lắm Bài Chòi ơi” singing and dancing, Mystical Shiva – Cham dance, and a traditional musical instrument ensemble (flute, T’rưng, drums…), the event aims to uphold and showcase the rich traditional musical heritage of Vietnam.
Art Performances at Bien Dong Park: Experience nightly special art performances and traditional and modern art programs at various public cultural venues across the city. Catch the Street Music Program on July 20 at 19:30 at Ha Khe Park, the Weekend Music Program on July 20 at 07.30pm at the park at the end of Nguyen An Ninh Street, and the Bai Choi Singing Program on July 21 at 07.30pm at Ha Khe Park. Additionally, weekend art programs will be held at public spaces along the Han River, APEC Park, Bach Dang Pedestrian Street, and various city districts. Expect diverse activities, including street dance parties, Han River dance, street music, Bai Choi singing, brass band performances, magic shows, youth art playgrounds, check-in spaces, street food, traditional musical instrument ensembles, and more.
Vietnamese – International Food Festival:
Savor over 100 local, regional, and international dishes at the Vietnamese–International Food Festival. Indulge in a culinary adventure and explore the OCOP product display and sales area for souvenirs, agricultural products, and more.

Traditional Culinary Experience Space: Immerse yourself in the art of making Tuy Loan rice paper, “Mỳ lá” noodles, and a variety of traditional cakes, including Bánh ít, Bánh gói, Bánh lọc, Bánh nậm, Bánh su sê, Bánh thuẩn, Bánh xoài, and more.

Art Kite Festival: Witness the spectacle of over 30 giant kites shaped like unique sea creatures, adorned with vibrant colors, soaring high in the sky, creating a mesmerizing scene at Da Nang’s beach.

Sand Festival: Enjoy vibrant installations of coracles and surfboards at the artistic check-in spaces at Ha Khe Park and the beach park at the end of Nguyen An Ninh Street (Lien Chieu District). Engage in the excitement of the Beach Volleyball and Soccer Tournament and partake in the Beach Waiter’s Race. Be captivated by the Fashion Catwalk on the sand, featuring child models at Bien Dong Park.

Children’s Experience Space: Children can delight in a colorful and engaging space offering activities such as pottery shaping, mosaic painting, coloring on pottery, making traditional toy figurines (To He), Dong Ho painting, and playing at the water inflatable playground. Residents and visitors can also participate in the “Da Nang and Tourists Painting Together to Set a Record” activity, showcasing the charm of Da Nang’s landscapes, nature, and people.

Series of Beach Sports Activities:
- SUP Festival: From July 19-21, 2024, the festival will feature activities such as arranging the “Enjoy Da Nang” letters from 200 SUPs, a giant SUP race, and a SUP skill demonstration, alongside food stalls and music programs at Man Thai Beach, Tho Quang, Son Tra.
- Sailing Boat Parade on Han River: On July 20, 2024, 18 sailboats will parade along the Han River, creating a picturesque display from the Han River Bridge to the Dragon Bridge.
- Seaside Festival: Set to take place on July 20-21, 2024, at Ha Khe Park, the festival will include a wellness performance with around 300 participants, a beach volleyball tournament, relay races, contests, and street music programs.
- Parasailing and Jetski Show: My Khe Beach will host the parasailing and jetski show, showcasing skillful performances of parachute canoe and jetski instructors from July 17-18, 2024.
- Zumba Flashmob: Bien Dong Park is the location for an energetic Zumba dance flashmob on July 21, 2024, featuring over 500 participants.
- Barefoot Beach Race: On July 21, 2024, My An Beach will host over 300 athletes in a race that promotes health, community connection, and environmental protection.
Moreover, the Enjoy Da Nang Tour Program, which began in June 2024, offers attractive tour programs for domestic and international tourists combined with various exciting events, including the Enjoy Resort Program, the Enjoy Da Nang Night Program, the Enjoy Entertainment and Discovery Program, and the Enjoy Culinary and Local Specialty Shopping Program.
