From 19th December 2016, Danang Museum of Fine Arts is officially open to welcome locals and tourists at 78 Le Duan, Danang.
Danang Museum of Fine Arts is the first art museum in Center and Highlands of Vietnam and the third in the whole country, after Vietnam Museum of Arts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. The place preserves, honours and promotes the values of the most outstanding and appreciated art works.
The Museum has 3 floors: 1st floor with main hall, Danang modern arts and alternative arts; 2nd floor with Danang modern arts, sculptures, oil paintings, lacquered paintings, war arts… The 3rd floor is arranged for ancient arts, traditional arts and applied arts. The Museum is currently preserves and displays 413 art works with high quality from famous painters, sculptors, artists in Danang and Central and Highlands ò Vietnam.
This is a great cultural destination for Danang locals as well as domestic and international tourists. It is also a great place for artists from Danang and the region to meet and hang out.
Opening hours: 7h30 to 17h30 from Monday to Friday.
