He will take overall responsibility for operating Grand Mercure Danang in Vietnam, including the hotel’s operational planning, Sales & Marketing strategy, promotional synergies and day-to-day hotel operations.
With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, French-Swiss Guy Poujoulat, joined Sofitel Hotels & Resorts 20 years ago and was most recently GM of the Sofitel Plaza Hanoi. He is no stranger to Vietnam having previously worked at the Sofitel Metropole Legend Hanoi and run the Sofitel Plaza Saigon.
In addition to his new role, Mr. Guy Poujoulat will also take on the position of Area General Manager responsible for AccorHotels properties in the Central Vietnam.
