List of MICHELIN Guide Dining Establishments in Da Nang 2025

The newly released restaurant selection showcases 181 establishments – featuring 9 One MICHELIN Star restaurants (of which, 1 new and 1 promoted), 63 Bib Gourmand (of which, 9 new entries), as well as 109 establishments selected for their quality cuisine (of which, 14 newcomers). New additions include 10 from Hanoi (5 Bib Gourmand, 5 MICHELIN Selected), 7 from Ho Chi Minh City (1 One MICHELIN Star, and 6 MICHELIN Selected) and 7 from Da Nang (4 Bib Gourmand, and 3 MICHELIN Selected). One Hanoi restaurant is newly awarded a MICHELIN Green Star for its commitment towards an eco-friendlier sustainable practice.

Among the newly added establishments in the MICHELIN Guide 2025, seven are from Da Nang — including 4 Bib Gourmand and 3 MICHELIN Selected restaurants.

THE 04 NEW ESTABLISHMENTS AWARDED THE BIB GOURMAND DISTINCTION IN 2025 INCLUDE:

Bánh Xèo 76 (Da Nang) – has a charcoal grill at the entrance for grilling pork. The menu includes classic Vietnamese dishes such as pancakes, corn rolls and noodles with grilled pork.

Bún Bò Huế Bà Thương (Da Nang) – has been delighting locals for over 50 years with their Bún Bò Huế, a spicy soup from Huế famed for its rich lemongrass broth, tender beef and al dente vermicelli served with herbs and vegetables.

  • Opening time: Daily from 06h00 to 11h00

Quê Xưa – a testament to its authentic Vietnamese fare. Straw chandeliers and local-style paintings add charm. The menu focuses on two dishes: Mỳ Quảng and Bánh Thịt Heo.

Shamballa – offers a serene vegetarian escape. Enter through an aged wooden door to discover Tibetan artefacts and a menu rooted in Vietnamese flavors and local techniques.

THE 03 NEW ESTABLISHMENTS RECOGNIZED AS MICHELIN SELECTED IN 2025 INCLUDE:

 

Bếp Cuốn:With both indoor and outdoor seating, diners can enjoy Da Nang’s warm seasons al fresco at this cosy restaurant. The space features greenery, lanterns, and bamboo accents in a charming Vietnamese style. Ideal for first-time tourists, the extensive menu showcases authentic dishes from both the north and south. Large tables suit groups, while solo diners can enjoy platters and combo dishes. The Mẹt Bếp Cuốn platter includes four snacks served with tangy fish and tamarind sauces.

Bún Riêu Cua 39: Set beneath a large tree and only open in the  orning, they focus on rice noodles with crab meat in a family-recipe soup that’s rich in umami with a tangy note. Try the Tô Riêu Đặc Biệt, with crab and three types of fish cake. The pork sausage wrapped in banana leaves is also tasty.

Mộc: Enjoy a rustic dining atmosphere that includes an outdoor seating area adorned with fairy lights in the trees. The array of fresh seafood in the large water tank can be served in a variety of Southeast-Asian styles. Gloved staff prepare your shellfish for easy consumption; the chef keeps the kitchen spick and span. The popular lobster is best savoured in garlic butter sauce for optimum flavour. Book in advance to skip the queue and indulge in top-quality seafood.

1STAR MICHELIN

La Maison 1888: Set in a recreated Indochinese colonial mansion, this upscale restaurant promises a unique dining experience. As you take the cable car to the top of the hill, prepare to indulge in a five- or eight-course set menu. The exquisite dishes are crafted with premium ingredients sourced from Vietnam, France and Japan. The signature spaghetti gratin is a brick-shaped creation, served with truffle sauce for a modern twist on classic flavours.

MICHELIN GREEN STAR

Nén Danang Restaurant: Reopened in 2022, the first venture of owner-chef Summer Le is tucked away from the main road. The interior is modern and minimalistic, with theatrical lighting to set the mood. To keep it fresh and exciting, the single set menu is tweaked every few months and revamped entirely every 6 months. Each creative Vietnamese dish comes with a hand-drawn card explaining the inspiration and ingredients. Check out the wine- and sake-food pairing.
