Light and aromatic, Vietnamese cuisine is the perfect choice for an appetizer or midday snack, and new menus showcase a series of authentic delicacies. The resort’s signature Vietnamese Wings are marinated in local fish sauce then fried until crisp and served with a salad. The Rice Paper Wrap Tasting Plate features a delectable selection of bite-sized delights, including raw salmon, pork sausage, tofu, rice noodles, prawn, and pork with mint, all wrapped in Vietnamese rice paper.

Alternatively, the Seared Sea Bass Fillet is served with steamed clams, pumpkin and peanut purée, asparagus, baby vegetables and a parmesan crumble, creating a sumptuous seafood dish.
