The new menu, curated by Executive Chef Florent Passard, features Western cuisine elevated by local Vietnamese ingredients and spices. While the culinary techniques and presentations remain distinctly Western, the thoughtful integration of regional produce and flavors adds a unique local character to each dish – creating an experience that is both familiar and refreshingly new.
Available daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the menu can be enjoyed across Azure’s versatile spaces – whether inside the restaurant, on the terrace, by the pool, or directly on the beach. Guests can explore an extensive selection, from beachside bites like prawn minis and crispy calamari to refreshing tropical salads; from flavorful focaccias to brick-oven pizzas infused of local flavors, from classic fish and chips to hearty pastas and risottos – highlighted by the indulgent Lobster and Crab Fettuccine – as well as an array of grilled meats, locally sourced seafood, and decadent desserts. At the heart of this culinary journey are fresh, carefully selected local ingredients, with each dish thoughtfully prepared to highlight its natural flavors. Coinciding with the menu launch, Azure Beach Lounge has unveiled a stunning renovation. The refreshed space features a breezy palette of blue and white tones, evoking an undersea world through artful design. The revitalized beach club concept is also reflected in the menu’s visual presentation, with layered colors that echo the transitions from sky to ocean to sand.
Embracing digital transformation, the lounge now offers a convenient digital ordering system via QR codes placed on every poolside and beachside table. This allows guests to browse and order directly from their devices while enjoying uninterrupted moments under the sun.
