On Friday, 29 May, Madame Son Restaurant at Danang Marriott Resort & Spa will host a special Four Hands Dinner featuring Executive Chef Twedi Martatna and Chef Summer Le of the acclaimed Nén Danang. The exclusive one-night-only collaboration brings together two distinct culinary perspectives in a thoughtfully curated six-course dining journey celebrating the art of Vietnamese cuisine.

Originally from Bali, Indonesia, Executive Chef Twedi has built his culinary career across Marriott International properties in the Middle East, Indonesia, and Vietnam. His international experience has shaped a unique culinary philosophy that explores the harmony between Eastern and Western flavours, while drawing inspiration from both Vietnamese cuisine and the Indonesian traditions of his upbringing.

Under his vision, Madame Son has become known for its contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese cuisine – innovative in presentation while remaining deeply respectful of its authentic roots. The restaurant has received multiple industry recognitions, including being named among the World’s Top 100 Restaurants 2025 by Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

Joining him for this collaboration is Chef Summer Le, Founder and Executive Chef of Nén Danang, Vietnam’s first Michelin Green Star restaurant. Born and raised in Da Nang, Chef Summer is celebrated for her thoughtful and modern approach to Vietnamese cuisine, rooted in local ingredients, cultural storytelling, and sustainability.

Through Nén, Summer Le creates immersive dining experiences where each dish reflects the landscapes, traditions, and everyday life of Vietnam. Her culinary vision has also expanded internationally with the opening of Nén Tokyo, further introducing elevated Vietnamese cuisine to the global dining scene.

While coming from different backgrounds and culinary journeys, both chefs share a common philosophy: a commitment to sustainability and organic ingredient-driven cuisine. Many of the ingredients are homegrown in their own Nén Farm and Evergreen Garden, reflecting a deep respect for nature, locality, and responsible gastronomy.

Set within the elegant surroundings of Madame Son, this exclusive Four Hands Dinner promises an unforgettable evening where two chefs, two perspectives, and one shared passion come together to celebrate the evolving story of Vietnamese cuisine.
