Da Nang is presently engaged in implementing the Night-time Economy Development Project, aiming to capitalize on its potential advantages and create unique tourism products. The project seeks to attract and increase the length of stay and spending of tourists while developing the night economy in addition to daytime tourism products. To this end, a range of solutions has been implemented in parallel, including raising awareness of night economy development, orienting planning and research towards the development of mechanisms and policies that encourage investment and growth of the night economy, completing infrastructure, building night highlight works, strengthening underground spaces, decorating artistic light routes, organizing the exploitation and development of products and services for night economic development (cultural activities – entertainment, dining, shopping, tours, health care, and transportation), strengthening promotion, promoting and linking product development cooperation – night services, and many other solutions.
