For generations, Chả Bò – Vietnamese Beef Bologna, and Nem – Vietnamese Fermented Pork Roll have held a cherished place in our hearts and on our tables. Especially during Tet (Lunar New Year), when families come together, these beloved dishes share the spotlight alongside sticky rice and Bánh Chưng (sticky rice cake), creating a sense of connection and celebration essential to our cultural traditions. Understanding the importance of these culinary treasures and with a commitment to our local farmers, the Yến Tiên Nem & Chả Production Facility was lovingly established in 2014. Our mission is to honor Vietnam’s rich culinary heritage while lovingly crafting a unique local specialty – Chả Bò Yến Tiên.

We name it “Chả Bò” because over 80% of our product is made from the finest, carefully sourced beef, blended harmoniously with pork using a cherished family recipe. We take great pride in selecting all our ingredients from local sources, ensuring they are processed with the utmost care and rigorous quality control guided by Ms. Yến, the heart and soul behind our facility.

To guarantee the highest food safety and hygiene standards, we work closely with certified farms within the province, purchasing only the freshest pork and beef. Every batch is carefully inspected before it becomes part of the cherished dishes that we hope bring joy, comfort, and a taste of home to your dining experience.

The production process of Chả Bò Yến Tiên begins with the careful removal of tendons and fat, followed by the precise cutting of meat into small pieces for grinding. Natural seasonings, including fish sauce, pepper, garlic, and shallots, are expertly blended in, ensuring that every meat fiber is infused with rich, robust flavors. The outcome is a smooth, elastic meat paste ready to be skillfully shaped into perfection.

What truly distinguishes Chả Bò Yến Tiên is its iconic banana leaf wrapping. This hallmark enhances its enticing aroma and reflects the essence of Vietnamese culinary tradition.
