Situated over 20 km from Da Nang, Sun World Ba Na Hills is a premier leisure and entertainment complex in Vietnam under the Sun World entertainment brand.

Perched at an impressive altitude of 1,487 meters above sea level, Ba Na Hills is renowned for its enchanting ambiance, ideal weather, and breathtaking natural surroundings. At Sun World Ba Na Hills, visitors can marvel at the unique spectacle of experiencing all four seasons in a single day, participating in various festivals and entertainment offerings, and indulging in various culinary delights.

Vietnam’s Leading Tourist Destination

From 2015 to 2018, Sun World Ba Na Hills proudly held the esteemed title of Vietnam’s Leading Tourist Destination, bestowed by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism for four consecutive years. With over 11 years of unwavering progress, Sun World Ba Na Hills has cemented its reputation as a premier destination for domestic and international tourists exploring Da Nang.

World-Record Cable Car System

Sun World Ba Na Hills operates five cable car lines to accommodate millions of visitors. These cable car lines have set world records and won international awards. With a total capacity of nearly 7,000 guests per hour, these cable cars are manufactured by Doppelmayr include

  • Suoi Mo – Ba Na
  • Debay – Morin
  • Thac Toc Tien – L’Indochine
  • Hoi An – Marseille
  • Bordeaux – Louvre
  • Champa – Taiga

Unmissable Experiences

At Sun World Ba Na Hills, visitors are in for a treat with many exceptional attractions. One highlight is the picturesque French Village, radiating with the timeless charm of a classic French town. The village boasts unique architectural features, including squares, towns, villages, hotels, and the magnificent Saint Dennis Cathedral, with stunning vaulted roofs and rustic stone walls.

The iconic Golden Bridge is not to be missed. Acclaimed as a New Wonder of the World, it is supported by enormous hands emerging from the mountainside. Perched 1,414 meters above sea level, the bridge offers awe-inspiring views and an unforgettable experience. The Daily Mail even recognized it in 2021 as one of the top 10 new wonders of the world.

Furthermore, the Sun God Waterfall features 43 statues depicting Greek mythology atop Mount Chua. Many of these statues are replicas of renowned works in major museums worldwide, including treasures such as the god of light, Apollo, the goddess of love, Venus, and the goddess of war, Athena.

Entertainment

Sun World Ba Na Hills offers an exciting range of entertainment options. It includes Fantasy Park, Vietnam’s largest indoor amusement park, which provides games and activities for the entire family. The Dinosaur Park is a popular destination for young fans of the “Jurassic Park” movie series. Furthermore, Ba Na Hills is home to Vietnam’s first wax museum, showcasing wax figures of famous personalities worldwide.

Festivals

Visitors to Ba Na Hills can enjoy a variety of multicultural festivals and experiences divided into two main seasons:

SUN FESTIVAL (JANUARY – AUGUST):

  • Enjoy the vibrant spring flowers such as tulips, bellflowers, hydrangeas, and roses, creating a romantic and poetic atmosphere (January – March).
  • Celebrate a lively summer with international cultural events and festivals (April – August).
  • Immerse yourself in the lively music and dances of B’estival, Ba Na’s annual Food and Beer Festival, held since 2016, with the message “Fun Without Limits.”

MOON FESTIVAL (SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER):

  • Experience the romance of autumn at Ba Na Hills with vibrant golden-orange landscapes and impressive photo spots celebrating a bountiful harvest (September – October).
    Enjoy an early Christmas at an altitude of 1,487 meters, with warm winter festivities and year-end celebrations (November – December).

Culinary Delights

Ba Na Hills offers a wide range of dining options across three main areas:

  • French Village
  • Du Dome Square
  • Le Jardin Flower Garden

With over 30 restaurants, visitors can indulge in diverse Asian and European cuisine. Options include both buffet and à la carte dining.
