At 4:20 PM on October 20, 2025, flight TR314 operated by Scoot Airlines departed from Singapore Changi International Airport and landed at Da Nang International Airport with 174 passengers on board — marking the airline’s inaugural flight to Da Nang City.
The flight marked the official launch of Scoot Airlines’ direct route between Singapore and Da Nang, operating three flights per week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with plans to increase to seven flights per week starting January 2026.
All flights are operated using Airbus A320 aircraft, with a capacity of 180 to 186 seats.

The welcoming ceremony for Scoot Airlines’ inaugural flight to Da Nang was held solemnly at the International Arrivals Hall of Da Nang International Airport, with the participation of representatives from the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Central Region Airport Authority, the Da Nang International Airport Immigration Police, Da Nang International Airport, the Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company, Scoot Airlines, and various media agencies and press outlets.
As part of the event, several celebratory activities took place, including a water cannon salute, traditional art performances, flower and souvenir presentations to passengers, and photo sessions to commemorate the occasion.
Passengers expressed great excitement and emotion at the warm, friendly, and hospitable welcome extended by Da Nang City.
