From April 9 to 12, 2026, the Vietnam International Travel Mart in Hanoi – VITM 2026 officially takes place at the International Exhibition Center, Friendship Cultural Palace, Hanoi.

Mr. Ho An Phong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, delivered the opening remarks at the Vietnam International Travel Mart – VITM 2026.
Under the theme “Digital Transformation, Green Growth – Elevating Vietnam Tourism,” this year’s event gathers 450 booths, with participation from 34 provinces and cities, 15 countries and territories, and over 600 enterprises. A highlight is the B2B networking program, expected to attract 350–400 buyers, while the event anticipates approximately 80,000 visitors for exhibition and transactions.

Within the joint exhibition space of Da Nang – Hue – Quang Tri, spanning 90m² at Hall A2, the Da Nang tourism booth stands out as a key highlight of the fair, vividly portraying the diverse destination landscape of a renewed Da Nang following administrative consolidation. At the heart of the booth is a series of immersive activities built around the message “Return to Origin.” In the “Taste of Da Nang” space, visitors can savor distinctive local flavors, while the “Touch of Identity” area introduces the traditional woodblock print-making experience inspired by Da Nang destinations – a unique cultural expression that reflects the depth and authenticity of the city.

Accompanying these experiential activities are interactive minigames offering opportunities to win attractive gifts such as local specialties, travel vouchers, and valuable incentives from participating partners. Notably, lively engagement sessions, exchanges, and giveaways are scheduled at 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM on April 11 and 12, 2026, promising to create a vibrant experiential hub at the fair, where visitors not only explore the distinctive colors of Da Nang but also directly feel the spirit of “Return to Origin” through a range of emotions.


Business networking space
In addition to experiential activities, the Da Nang booth also provides a dedicated networking space for local tourism businesses to meet partners and visitors, fostering information exchange, product introduction, and cooperation opportunities. Here, visitors and partners can access promotional programs and directly experience a wide range of tourism products, from beach resorts and eco-cultural tourism to luxury cruise experiences, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of tourism promotion and expanding collaboration opportunities in the Northern market.
Through this series of promotional, experiential, and networking activities at VITM Hanoi 2026, Da Nang tourism continues to affirm its image as a dynamic, multi-experiential, and culturally rich destination. At the same time, it expands access to the Northern market, strengthens connections with strategic partners, and widely spreads the message “Return to Origin” to both domestic and international visitors and businesses.
