Hailed from the Himalayan region of Indian (Uttranchal), Chef Sanjay’s culinary journey spans over 11 years with the Hyatt brand, beginning as a young chef at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon in the capital city – Delhi and rising through the ranks to lead kitchens at prestigious properties including Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. His background is rich in regional Indian cooking techniques, infused with a deep respect for culinary heritage and the vibrant culture that inspires it.
At Hyatt Regency Danang, Chef Sanjay will take the lead in introducing Indian flavors to the resort’s diverse dining landscape with specially curated menus for both restaurants and events, adding diversity to the already well established food and beverage program of the resort.
Guests can look forward to expertly crafted Indian selections that stay true to tradition while being tailored to suit the refined, global palate of today’s luxury traveler.
