Da Nang, April 2026 – With the aim of spreading meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors, the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism officially launches the “Top 100 Da Nang Touchpoints” program in 2026. The program seeks to highlight memorable moments of the city not only through destinations, but also through emotions, experiences, and personal stories.

Moving beyond the traditional destination-based tourism approach, the program adopts the broader concept of “touchpoints” – defined as any experience that allows visitors to truly feel the beauty and spirit of Da Nang. These may include nature, cuisine, culture, people, local lifestyle, or even simple everyday moments that remain unforgettable.






Based on community submissions, outstanding “touchpoints” will be selected and categorized into six main experience groups:
- Cultural Touchpoints: celebrating cultural values, heritage, and traditional crafts
- Gastronomy Touchpoints: showcasing local cuisine and diverse dining experiences
- Nature Touchpoints: focusing on nature, ecology, outdoor activities, and exploration
- Wellness Touchpoints: associated with health care, relaxation, and healing
- Moments Touchpoints: linked to festivals, events, and iconic check-in spaces
- Lifestyle Touchpoints: honoring authentic local life experiences
A key highlight of the program is the central role of the community in both nomination and voting. Everyone – including local residents, visitors, businesses, and content creators – can participate by submitting and voting online via the official platform: www.danangtop100.com.
Through diverse community perspectives, the program aims to build a vibrant and emotional “experience map” of Da Nang, contributing to enriching the city’s tourism ecosystem.
The program will be implemented in three main phases in 2026:
- April 2026: Launch and open submissions from individuals and organizations via the online platform
- May – June 2026: Public community voting in a transparent manner
- July 2026: Announcement of the Top 100 Touchpoints and wide promotion across domestic and international channels
Notably, the “Top 100 Da Nang Touchpoints” program does not rank or compare submissions. Instead, it focuses on celebrating experiences recognized and loved by the community. Each “touchpoint” can exist in multiple contexts, creating opportunities for businesses, organizations, and communities to develop related tourism products and services.
Through this program, Da Nang not only introduces places to visit but also shares experiences worth feeling, remembering, and returning for. It is expected to be a fresh tourism promotion initiative, reinforcing Da Nang’s image as an emotional, creative, and friendly destination in 2026.
