DA NANG, VIETNAM – October 2026 – Following the spirit of its first chapter, Legendary Ladies returns for Part II at Char Grill House, Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang, bringing together seven women from across Central Vietnam’s culinary, wine, mixology and hospitality scene come together for a one-night-only five-course dining experience at Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang.
An All-Female Culinary Collaboration at Char Grill House
Taking place from 18:00 to 22:00, the one-night-only event brings together four accomplished female chefs alongside a sommelier, mixologist and host for a five-course collaborative menu with wine pairings and sundowner cocktails.
At the heart of the evening are four chefs, each bringing a distinctive culinary perspective.
Chef Tuyet Pham, MasterChef Vietnam Runner-Up and founder of NU ĐỒ Kitchen, is known for her confident, creative approach rooted in a deep affection for her hometown of Quang Nam. Her cooking celebrates Vietnamese heritage through personal stories and contemporary expression.
Representing Char Grill House, Chef Tin Ho brings extensive experience from international luxury hotels. Her career has also taken Vietnamese cuisine overseas through culinary missions in the Philippines, India and Thailand, while years spent teaching at Á Âu culinary school reflect her commitment to sharing her expertise with the next generation.
Chef Nguyen Ngo of Le Comptoir joins the collaboration with comprehensive experience across the kitchen and a reputation as a strong and versatile culinary talent. As a trusted right hand to Le Comptoir’s Executive Chef, she has played an important role in the success of one of Da Nang’s fine-dining destinations.
Completing the chef line-up is Chef Ai Nhi of Shilla Monogram. Her career includes leading resorts across Central Vietnam such as The Nam Hai, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and Ba Na Hills Golf Club. Since joining Shilla Monogram Danang in 2019, she has progressed from Chef de Cuisine to Executive Sous Chef, combining culinary creativity with strong leadership.
The culinary journey extends from plate to glass with Sommelier Lebi Tran of Celliers d’Asie, who brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience and expertise in wine selection and food pairing, supported by WSET education.
Mixologist Uyen Nhi of The Craftsman will add a creative cocktail dimension to the evening. Her journey in bartending has been shaped by curiosity and hands-on learning, while The Craftsman has earned recognition among Asia’s Top 80 Bars 2021 and Tatler Best Bars Top 20 2025.
Guiding guests through the experience will be Tracie May, an international event host and media personality with more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, lifestyle and culinary events, including an appearance as a guest judge on Top Chef Vietnam.
More than a showcase of individual talent, Legendary Ladies Part II celebrates the power of collaboration. Different culinary backgrounds, techniques and personalities will come together around one table, creating an experience that reflects the collective creativity of the women behind it.
The evening begins with sundowner cocktails before progressing into the five-course dinner and curated wine-pairing experience at Char Grill House.
