Food for the soul and a mixture of culinary cultures from Mezba Da Nang will take over art space for a weekend of food heaven on 11, 12 and 13 February 2022.
The essence of Mezba’s creations is inspired by tastes and flavours from countries in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, with traditional mezze from hummus to kebbeh, falafel to tabbouleh and halloumi, not to mention grilled kebabs and classic shawarmas.
Friday 11 and Saturday 12 February
The weekend’s foodie events kick off when the shawarma cart opens for lunch on Friday 11 February serving delicious Middle Eastern flavours wrapped up in home-made Arabic-style bread.
An à la carte dinner menu on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 February makes the mouth water with delicacies such as family-style cold and hot mezzes, grilled koftas and shashliks, traditional tagine and some irresistible sweet treats including baklava and tahini ice cream.
