According to representatives of Sun World Ba Na Hills, the total number of visitors from 11 provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highlands region traveling to Ba Na during the first three days of the special promotion programme exclusively for local residents increased by more than 60%.

From the very beginning of March, Sun World Ba Na Hills has become one of the most vibrant attractions of Da Nang tourism. The entrance area of the mountain resort has been bustling with groups of visitors arriving from provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue City, Da Nang City, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Lam Dong.

Streams of visitors eagerly experience the cable car system, check in at the famous Golden Bridge, and explore the iconic landmarks atop Nui Chua Mountain. Smiles can be seen on the faces of travellers as families and friends gather for spring outings and enjoy the experience of a “miniature Europe”.

The highlight of the Ba Na experience during this period is the Tulip Festival, featuring up to one million blooming tulips. Across the resort — from the Central Square and the classic French Village to Moon Castle and Eclipse Square — vibrant colours of tulips from the Netherlands create a spectacular floral landscape.

Millions of tulips in a variety of colours bloom brilliantly, forming endless carpets of flowers. Visitors enthusiastically capture picturesque moments amid the grand European-style architecture. Notably, the 2026 Tulip Festival marks a special milestone as Ba Na Hills has successfully cultivated 100% of the tulips on the mountain for the first time, instead of importing finished flowers as in previous years. One million tulips from 36 varieties imported directly from the Netherlands were carefully nurtured for more than 60 days, going through detailed processes including bulb treatment, cold storage and flowering time adjustment.

The tulip gardens blend beautifully with Ba Na’s cloud-covered landscapes, creating the feeling of stepping into a living painting. According to the resort’s plan, Ba Na Hills aims to break its own record with the 2027 Tulip Festival, which is expected to showcase two million tulips — an unprecedented milestone for Ba Na — including several new and exclusive varieties in Vietnam.

Beyond the floral displays, visitors can also immerse themselves in a lively festival atmosphere with a series of international-standard performances scheduled throughout the day, allowing everyone to enjoy vibrant artistic experiences.

Currently, three impressive shows are performed continuously at Ba Na Hills, including “Solar Warrior”, featuring powerful warrior performances; the cabaret show “After Glow”, showcasing captivating dances by international artists at Beer Plaza; and “Love in the Sky”, a romantic vintage-style performance set amid the clouds.

In addition to the large-scale Tulip Festival, visitors are also excited to enjoy unprecedented promotional offers and exclusive privileges. On this occasion, Sun World Ba Na Hills offers a special discount for residents from 11 Central and Central Highlands provinces (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Lam Dong), with cable car tickets priced at only 400,000 VND for adults and 300,000 VND for children (1m–1.4m) and seniors (70 years old and above).

“This is the second time my family has visited Ba Na in March because we know the resort often offers great promotions for residents of the Central and Central Highlands region during this time. Ba Na changes every year — each visit feels more beautiful and offers new experiences. Especially now that one ticket allows access for three consecutive days, our family decided to spend two full days here so we can explore at a relaxed pace without feeling rushed to see everything in a single day,” shared Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, a visitor from Gia Lai.

In addition to ticket discounts, the programme also offers an attractive cable car and buffet lunch combo priced at 700,000 VND for adults, 600,000 VND for seniors, and 500,000 VND for children, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy a complete yet cost-effective Ba Na experience.
