The new brand identity will bring a youthful, modern, and colorful pop art style, offering new entertainment, leisure, and shopping experiences, especially at night. The transformation is set to evoke the vibes of famous entertainment destinations such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Sao Paulo, and Hollywood’s golden era.
With a stunning appearance and exciting new attractions, Da Nang Downtown offers its visitors a wealth of emotions.
Inspired by the energy of contemporary art and modern cities, the logo showcases the letter O alongside vibrant stripes, symbolizing the sun and perpetual movement. It aims to evoke fresh emotions in visitors. It marks the beginning of exciting new breakthroughs for Da Nang Downtown, promising to breathe new life into tourism, entertainment, and leisure activities in the heart of the Han River city.

THE NEW “ENTERTAINMENT DOWNTOWN” OF DA NANG
This summer, Da Nang Downtown will be transformed into an “entertainment district” with fun daily and night under the slogan “New street by the river, bustling market.” Starting from June 2024, a world-class international art show complex will debut in Da Nang. The highlight is the “Symphony of River” art show featuring a new type of fireworks display never seen before in Vietnam, the Ầu Ơ Da Nang puppet theater with traditional puppet performances, and lively street shows, making Da Nang Downtown a bustling and vibrant night town in central Vietnam. Making its first appearance in Da Nang with the theme “Symphony of River,” the Jetski & Flyboards show, combined with music, lights, skilled water dances, and fireworks, will give visitors the chance to witness Hollywood blockbuster scenes in real life. The Symphony of River is scheduled to take place at Da Nang Downtown with two shows daily, starting from June 10.
The Jetski & Flyboards show, considered a “specialty” in Phu Quoc, will soon be introduced at Da Nang Downtown.
The show is directed by Tuan Le – renowned for productions like My Village, À Ố, Teh Dar – and the H2O team with over 30 years of experience organizing over 3,500 Jetski events and 2,100 Flyboard shows worldwide. H2O has also contributed to blockbuster movies such as James Bond, Mission Impossible, and Baywatch.
Besides Jetski & Flyboards performances, this is the first time the quintessence of circus and magic shows will gather in Vietnam. It features an exceptional lineup of top artists, including the legendary comedy magician Maestro Voronin and the magic circus prodigy Maxim Voronin from the Voronin family, as well as the globally renowned twin stars Crystal Ladies from Cirque De Soleil, who have taken social media by storm and appeared on The Ellen Show. The rising star of the world circus and the First Face of international festivals, Anastasiia Popsulys, will also showcase her talent; the artist couple Oleg Izossimov, known as the “Prince of the Sword Empire” for holding multiple world records for balance, and Olga Moreva, the renowned queen of aerial silk dancing, will deliver captivating and awe-inspiring performances.
The lineup of “vedette” artists from Cirque du Soleil will perform in the WOW Kingdom show at Sun World Ba Na Hills.
In addition to its modern touch, Da Nang Downtown retains its traditional essence, with the “Vietnamese Puppets” show expected to debut on June 1 at the new Ầu Ơ Da Nang Theater with 600 seats. The show leads the audience into the beauty of Vietnam’s land and people through the rich artistic language of both dry and water puppetry.

The heart of Da Nang Downtown will be Vui Phết Da Nang night market (VUI-Fest) – the new focal point for night entertainment in the coastal city. The Vui Phết night market offers a vibrant space for shopping, dining, and entertainment for both domestic and international tourists, with 200 stalls featuring a wide variety of Asian and European cuisine, regional specialties, souvenirs, handmade items, and bustling street performances.
