Under the inspiring theme “The Dance of Blue Waves”, the Opening Program of Da Nang Beach Tourism Season 2025 will take place from April 26 to May 2, 2025. It will feature an exciting lineup of 18 activities designed to create unforgettable moments for both locals and visitors along the iconic Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang’s stunning beachfront.
Organized by the Son Tra Eco-tourism Sea Board (belonging to Da Nang Tourism Department) in collaboration with various partners, this vibrant program invites everyone to partake in a collection of exhilarating events, including:
– Artistic Kite Performances
– Da Nang International Lifesaving Competition 2025
– “Conquering the Summer Waves” Da Nang Sea Swimming Race 2025
– Beach Model Decorations
– DANANG COLOR RACE 2025 – SUP Race
– Beach Sports Day
– Beach Sports Performances
– Night Beach Events at My An Beach
– Souvenir & Culinary Space
– Beer Garden
– Beach Yoga: “The Dance of Blue Waves”
– Mass Performance: “The Dance of Blue Waves”
– Basket Boat Experience Activities
– Sailboat Showcase.
This year’s program promises vibrant entertainment and promotes a strong commitment to environmental protection and sustainability. Engaging events will enhance public awareness and encourage responsible exploration of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang’s beaches, including:
– Marine Environment Day with the theme “The Sea Needs You – You Need the Sea”
– Launching of the “Green Son Tra – From Jungle to Sea” eco-tour (with regular departures)
– Exhibition of paintings and photographs, such as “Moments of Son Tra,” complemented by live painting sessions.
All activities will unfold across key coastal areas: East Sea Park, Son Tra Peninsula, and Da Nang’s beautiful beaches, including My An, My Khe, T18, and Nguyen Tat Thanh Beach.
The Opening Ceremony will commence at 6:30 AM on April 29, 2025, at East Sea Park.
