The opening night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2026) treated spectators to world-class fireworks performances, kicking off the festival season with an explosion of colour and emotion along the Han River.

Sharing the theme of “Nature”, Team Da Nang (Vietnam) and reigning champion China presented two distinct stories through light, music and colour. One celebrated the beauty of Vietnam’s natural landscapes and the aspiration for a greener future, while the other painted an artistic Eastern-inspired masterpiece through the performance “Flower of the Orient”.
