On June 4, 2026, Michelin Guide Vietnam 2026 was officially unveiled at Ascott Tay Ho Hanoi with Sun Group serving as the Destination Partner. The event marked the fourth consecutive year of Michelin Guide’s presence in Vietnam and coincided with a significant global milestone: the 100th anniversary of the Michelin Star rating system.
This year, Michelin Guide Vietnam continued to reflect the strong growth of Vietnam’s culinary scene with 11 restaurants awarded One Michelin Star (including two new entries), 72 Bib Gourmand establishments (including 11 new additions), and 110 Michelin Selected venues (including 9 new additions). In addition, Michelin Guide recognized three restaurants with Michelin Green Stars, honoring their commitment to sustainable gastronomy.
Vietnam Records 11 One Michelin Star Restaurants for the First Time
Michelin Guide Vietnam 2026 marks an important milestone as the number of One Michelin Star restaurants in Vietnam has surpassed ten for the first time. This achievement reflects the continuous development of Vietnamese cuisine, with chefs and restaurants increasingly elevating dining experiences while showcasing Vietnamese culture through food.

ONVIT stands out with its tasting menu centered around duck, showcasing local ingredients through modern culinary techniques. Upstairs offers an intimate chef’s table experience featuring seasonal menus that combine international techniques with Vietnamese ingredients in a refined dining setting.
Meanwhile, Coco Dining was promoted to One Michelin Star, marking a new achievement for Vietnam’s contemporary dining scene.
Da Nang Continues to Shine in the Michelin Guide
Building on its success in previous years, Da Nang continues to establish itself as one of Vietnam’s leading culinary destinations by maintaining a presence in both the Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star categories.
In 2026, La Maison 1888 at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort retained its One Michelin Star, remaining Da Nang’s sole representative in the Michelin Star category. Its continued recognition reinforces its reputation as one of Vietnam’s premier fine dining destinations.

Among them, Tales by Chapter is the newest addition to the Michelin Green Star list.
Da Nang’s Culinary Scene Receives Further Recognition
In the Bib Gourmand category, which recognizes establishments offering high-quality food at reasonable prices, Da Nang now has 23 selected establishments in 2026.
Notably, Michelin Guide added three new Bib Gourmand establishments in Da Nang: Bà Vui, Bánh Bèo – Bánh Đập and Lê Gia Khang, bringing the city’s total to 23 Bib Gourmand addresses.
Bà Vui (55 Le Hong Phong Street, Hai Chau Ward) is known for its traditional chicken dishes, particularly chicken noodle soup and chicken sticky rice, both reflecting authentic local flavors.
Bánh Bèo – Bánh Đập (251 Phan Chau Trinh Street, Hai Chau Ward) is a long-standing local eatery specializing in traditional Central Vietnamese rice cake dishes.
Meanwhile, Lê Gia Khang (19 Le Quang Dao Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward) is recognized for its rich and flavorful Huế-style beef noodle soup, a favorite among local diners and visitors alike.
In the Michelin Selected category, Da Nang continues to be represented by notable establishments such as Nén Danang, Madame Lân, Le Comptoir, Si Dining, Olivia’s Prime, My Hanh Seafood, Bếp Cuốn, The Temptation, Nu Đồ Kitchen, Mì Quảng 1A and Mộc.
Notably, Dì Hoa (62/2A Nui Thanh Street, Hoa Cuong Ward) is the new Da Nang addition to the Michelin Selected list in 2026. This family-run eatery, operating for more than 30 years, is well known for its signature Da Nang rice paper snacks, including bánh tráng khô, bánh tráng ướt and grilled egg rice paper.
